Boxes for large items?

Do Felicity's bed and table come in "keep sake boxes"or just plain cardloard shipping boxes only?

I got mine a while ago, so it may have changed, but they came in white glossy thick cardboard boxes. The nightstand had a sturdy lid removable lid. I don't remember what the bed's box was like ... It packed flat, however, and required assembly.

If you get yours, I recommend checking them over. When I got mine, it was for Christmas and I had to leave for college soon after. A while later, I went back to look at everything, and my nightstand has a chip on it. This is a factory defect because I never even took it out of the box :-(. I wonder if CS would exchange it this late in the game?

That's a good question. I have received big items both ways. I would like to know also.

I think they would. I would tell them what you just said and see. I have had the same thing happen on certain items that I don't check clearly,later when I give the gift I will see a defect and call about it. They have always taken care of me. I also order alot which they usually make some comment about (not bad though).

I got Felicity's bed recently, and it was in a brown cardboard box.
